waha!~ here i am after more than a month! :) hope u guys missed me! haha... hmm.. i've no idea where to start now.. too many things le haha...
well... hmm... abt my O levels ya....
EL: i found it disastrious. esp for my paper 1. ): my sentences were all so long and where i read it them, checking for errors, i found them really incoherent. sigh.. and they were too long to change. hai. paper 2 was soso lor. so one of the subjects that i fear most is english.
EM: papaer1 was quite ok for me and so is paper 2. of cus there were qs that i was not able to do, but i was glad for both of them as i think i finished the papers half an hr before the end of e paper, rectifying almost ( i hope) all my mistakes, making me really relief.
AM: this one was even better. haha.. P1 was fun! haha.. actually i grew v bored with it initially cus most of them dont require one to think. so.. i find the whole paper kind of dumb. but i dont know how to do 1 qs! :( so that 1 weren't dumb i guess lol. and i finished it within 1 hr, making me so amazed with myself. but... i spotted plenty of careless mistakes all over the place. abt 15 mks of them i guess. haha.. i guess i was too bored + smug over that paper le. haha.. P2 was ok too but i only managed to complete the paper in 1 hr 15 mins time cus this time, i really had to think. i diddnt have much time to check through the entire paper thoroughly... so i'm really fearful of me failing to do well for my AM paper due to my carelessness. ):
but i am really amazed that i can do finish borth papers in abt an hour's time for each of them. cus when i do them, at home and mind u, its O level papers, i take abt 2 to 2/1/2 hr doing each paper cus i found them really really hard? ya lor.
BIO: paper 1 was ok.. although i always fail to do them very well judging from my past experiences... P2 is the unhappy part. ALL teh chapters that i studied so hard for, esp for essay, didn't come out lor!! its like damn it manz. i studied the sexual repro in humans & plants, Hereditry, Animal Digestion, so hard!!!!! and none of them came out lor. it was like *screw you!~* haha.. the most terrible part is on Evolution, and the way an insect say a bee, pollinating a flower e.g. the Clitoria flower. damn it lor.. diddnt come out. this 2 is one of the hardest tt i spotted in the TYS. but lucky i diddnt remb teh keel petals, wing petals, etc for the essay on pollination.
so those essays which i studied real heard to get an A1, diddnt come pout. i expectred tpough qs and they ended up giving me dumb qs which almost everyone can do lor. screw it man! i can dio them, but i am not assured of an A1 for my essay liao lor! cus i diddnt prepare them for an A1 ans ma. damn it! haha.. well.. i was really upset and piss over this issue initialy but i'm okay now la.. haha
CHEM: i found it horrifying; on how superficial the qs were. i believe that one who studies briefly, will score the same grade as one who does the entire TYS lor. cus the past yr qs had much more depth than this year qs!! sigh.. but good grief i diddnt do the entire TYS for chem la. i diddnt even do half manz.. haha.. i think only did like 1/5 or 1/4 of teh chem tys. haah.. but still, ui found teh qs really unjustified for hard workers. it is more suitable for smart people who grasp the concept really well for Chemistry. its so ]damn it lor. hai..
LIT: i duno what to say la. was surprised with the EOTP qs lor.. the rest were... hmm.. i duno what to say also.. since i see literature as a subject that is always unexpected.
CH: ss was ok..... although i diddnt read mereger & separation since prelims, i was thankfully able to write lor.. hai. hist was a crack-pot paper for me. i can';t do the SBQ for i've NEVER read anuything abt post-war China at all!!!!!~ 0only during lesson time, did i hear abt it. that was all that i ever hear of it, talk of it or even write abt it. so i was like toitally blank when i was doing SBQ. i ende up imagining my own story abt china which turned up to be absolutely far from the truth. >.< the SEQ was the most dramatic paper among all my O level papers. i had to think for an ans in my essay, instead of teh usual reollection of facts. so dumb lor.. hai. and my mood did not improve any further when mrs zamree told me thart i had to talk abt economic, military sanctions, compare stuff etc.
i was soooo happy yesterday!!!1` cus i finally got an A2 instead of a B3 for my CCA grade!!~ my happiness was at the climax manz. haha.. i felt as though i was guarantee of an A2 for a subject like that. haha..
i've been reading Harry Potter furiously for the past few days... Half Blood Prince is gr8!!!~ but i feel that JK Rowling has taken a drastic change in her writting style compared to teh previous books. for instance, her story this time keeps talking abt romance. from kissing each other to guys looking at teh curvy figures of females, i feel that she has taken loads of efforts to mention abt this idea of romance which i found irksome since i wana read abt the Death Eaters, Lord V, etc! and she has ditched teh idea of describing fighting scenes in detail. the entire book is mainly abt lord V's past which is no doubt interesting and also the time harry spends with Dumbledore.... and i had shed at least a tear for dumbledore when he died. lol.
i've only went out shopping once so far after the end of my hols. i went out prisc plus xue li 2 days ago, shopping for my prom dress. i bought a BROWN dress!!!!!!!~ :) i find it beautiful. :) it comes with a shawl too. its $69.90. :( and i also.. made contact lens!!! waha!~ :) i spent an hour and a half tryiong to learn how to wear it and put it back.. haha.. i've not tried it since that day. gonna try it again later. :) and anyway, its also..... BROWN in colour!!! :) but i spent $46 plus lie that. :( cus its coloured lens plus i have to pay 15 bucks for being a first timer. :(
going to go out later with celest to get some makeup plus maybe a brown handbag to match. shoes is maybe and maybe not. cus i spent so much 2 days ago!! :(
shall blog another tiome of my thoughts and emotions abt staying in Tanglin sec for 4 consecutive years! cya~! and i hope u guys have alreday gotten ur prom dress and have fun on the 23rd!!
P.S: u can get to Oerchard hotel by taking MRT to Orchard stn and then take bus 36 opp the station. it took me a great difficulty to find out how to get there actualy. for more details, u can ask me and i'll send u a 2 message long sms abt the details.
