wahhhh!!!!! English O level Oral was........... great! wanted to say excellent.. but i guess excellent's too great la.
oral's so nice~~! :) my passage... for the first time, i diddn't stumble over my words that many times! i only stumbled one which wasn't v obvious. next, my pace wasn't that fast next time. i used to be liek a bullet train but this time i managed to control my pace about putting emotoins.. ok la.. i think as usual. but i found the pace and anti-stumbling over words a really great imporvement and i was pleased with myself. the man was like staring at my fce half of the time without emotions but still ok la. the female however looked a bit stressed or dun what thing. she was staring at the passage. so i felt she diddnt really like my passage. But the guy said "good!" at the end of it.
pic was fun! haha... they asked v few qs and i had great fun linking stuff. haha! they asked abt the place.. then i cited evidences for saying its at s'pore airport. then i linked to luggages then link to terrorist attacks then link to the government. haha! fun! the teachers looked happy. after tt they asked about the men's thoughts. i mentioned abt both of them escaping from media (id uno how the hell this thought existed. it never crossed my mind during my preparation. it just suddenly went ito my lips! serious! so lol! i was surprised to even have such an idea manz. haha) .. and mentioned abt 'channel i' and the both of them looked intensely at the pic as though they're looking at it for the first time.. haha.. i was glad by their reaction.
i think that was all they asked? i duno. i only know that it's really short; shorter than usual. and i'm okay with it la.. cus i was glad that i really tried my very best.. linking it to everything. but i forgot to link to my opinions on media invading other's privacy, etc... :( and one set-back: my range of vocabulary aint good today. :( same goes for my conver. nvm.. i tried my best! i dont think they said 'gd' at the end of my pic though....
conver! they asked about somehing else i cant remb.. and then asked about disappointments. i said 'math' wrongly. >.<>for those who didn't feel v happy over ur own oral, don't worry yea? maybe talking isn't v apt for you. perhaps writting is more of your cup of tea. don't worry!! i hope this entry won't make you guys feel down. cus i think i will, should my oral sucks today. ya.. sorry yea. but i really wana say this cus i'm really really happy today.
now for the slightly gloomier part? but not really for me la. i felt slightly gloomy ionitially but i later brushed it off. it is about O level Chinese Results!! waha.. guess what. i got a D7. aww.... i think teh whoel clas knows la.. whether tehy chose to a not. cus only 2 person in teh class got so. it's dun xin and I. so.. pretty obvious. but i'm okay with it as i always goa round declaring that my chinese sucks. yeap. waha.. and i'm not embarassed by it at all. i wana be an ang-moh not a china person. i dislike mandarin. never associate me with chinese! but do associate me with english yea. hahe.
