read pei rong's blog.. haiz.. she went on saturday practice.. i was unaware.. diddnt go.. sick mar. haiz.. she talked about the state we were in.. no sense of rythm, musicality, etc.. haiz.. one thing: yup; indeed we are going downhill. im fully aware of that. BUT. we need to make sure that everyone is aware of the situation, open their ears, and try listening. thats one thing.. impt for the sec ones. secondly, find out wheres out mistake, what it is that makes us sound terrible. isit unable to play in unison, or tone su*ks? or terrible sense or rythm? that we've got to work it out. but.. the road to success, is only when one is willing to take the effort to say that: "im willing to take the effort to change"
and one must have a strong determination.. haiz.. thats the problem with the band.. tehre are some, which are too ignorant; they think that their playing is perfect. those who thinks highly of themselves, will turn out to be the loser in the end! cuz they are not willing to change. haiz.. and some are simply too lazy.. full of excuses. haiz.. practice!!! bring it home! if not why do u think a qm with a loan book is for?? its giving u a chance to practice.
i believe, if the band members really want to buck up, they will be able to buck up. they have abundant of chance, for themselves to buck up. and if they are blaming it on their seniors/ alumni that the reason why they are so lousy is cuz of them, i have nothing to say. cuz each and evry single one of us are always given a chance to work hard. the seniors or alumni are not to be blammed.. haiz.. cuz its to their choice! if they believe that theres a light, u will see the light soon, with diligence.
haiz.. i agree... haiz.. these days.. going for band practices is a rather sad event.. haiz... cuz everyone moood is all most of the time quite subdued.. haiz.. mai had this nick once: "tsmb roxs? th feeling just somehow fell away" i think smthn like that. haiz.. that left me rather troubled. haiz... and mr wong is not helping the band in anyway.. he still make us waste time.. doing stupid stuff.. always wasting our time.. haiz.. im being really frank. haiz..
